The County Clerk is responsible for providing many services to the people of Marshall County. These duties include:

• License and register motor vehicles and record motor vehicle liens.
• Record and retain various legal records including all land records for the county.
• Administer all county elections and register voters and maintain voter rolls
• Collect delinquent property taxes.
