Electrical work must be in accordance with NFPA 70-2017 National Electrical Code and all electrical work must be performed by a Kentucky Licensed Electrical Contractor who employees at least one Kentucky Licensed Master Electrician. Electrical work must be inspected and approved by the Marshall County Electrical Inspector. Permits are obtained by the electrical contractor directly from the inspector. The electrical inspection fees are based on the dollar value of the electrical contract.
